Beautiful location, a spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was good and varied.
Communication with the hostess proved somewhat challenging. On arrival, there was no one present at reception, and two other guests were already waiting. Unfortunately, the phone number that was provided to ring in case of staff absence, went unanswered. After approximately 15min, the hostess returned the other guest’s call, and informed us that we could let ourselves into our room, as she was out running groceries.
While I appreciate that situations might occur that require the hostess to step away, I feel it’s their duty to guarantee reliable reception coverage, and/or responsiveness when running a hotel or B&B.
